Lucia Diaz, Inland Empire Utilities Agency | October 9-10

Lucia Fuertez Diaz joined Inland Empire Utilities Agency in 2006 as a Construction Project Coordinator and, during her tenure, has worked in several departments ranging from Engineering, Finance, and Operations.

As a member of CWEA since 2018, Lucia obtained her Grade 4 Collection System Maintenance Certificate and was a 2019 Emerging Leader with CWEA.

She currently serves as the Manager of Facilities & Water System Programs within the Operations & Maintenance Division. Lucia holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics/finance from California State University, San Bernardino, and is a Certified Reliability Leader.

 

Jacelyn Renwick, City of Manteca | October 11-12

Jacelyn Renwick has worked for the City of Manteca WQCF laboratory going on 17 years and has been a CWEA member her entire professional career. Jacelyn started as a lab temp fresh out of college and worked her way up to the position she is in now, Laboratory Supervisor. Jacelyn is a Past President for her local CWEA Section and currently holds the Treasurer position. She attributes much of her leadership experience and success to her involvement with CWEA.
