Christopher Biles

Chris Biles started with the City in 2017 as a plant mechanic I have had the opportunity to work alongside Chris as an operator myself, and it has been a joy to watch Chris develop from a basic mechanic to a thorough efficient mechanic that he’s developed into today. Chris is a very valuable employee for the City of Barstow WWTP, as he brings an extensive amount of knowledge and experience within our operations and maintenance department. Without Chris Biles, the wastewater department wouldn’t be what it is today. To whomever the selected individual for this award would be well-deserving. The city of Barstow’s wastewater department is honored to nominate Christopher Biles for the Mechanic of the Year.
