Different from CWEA’s Annual Photo Contest the Community Engagement & Outreach: Photography Award recognizes photos taken at events that promote awareness and understanding of water quality issues. These events can include but are not limited to school tours and classroom presentations, activities held at agencies, or at community events.

CWEA invites all amateur photographers to enter.
The award is open to all CWEA members.
Photographer’s name and permission must be given to enter.
By entering this contest, you give CWEA the right to post your photo. CWEA will credit the photographer.
Judging will be based on originality, educational value, community engagement efforts, and relevance to the water/wastewater profession.
Photos must be high resolution either black and white or in > Maximum 5 entries per agency/organization.
