A New Way to Connect: CWEA Online Community is Coming Soon

It’s an honor to serve as your Director of Member Services. Since joining the staff earlier this year, I’ve already made strong connections with members and leaders. I enjoy working with the CWEA Board members, Committee and Local Section leaders, and I look forward to meeting you at an event or conference soon.

We’re excited to share the news that the CWEA online community will be up and running in the next few months.

There are several advantages to building an online community:

• It’s a central location where members can communicate directly with each other.
• Committees and working groups can work efficiently towards their goals while recruiting new members to keep up with the CWEA mission.
• The community also provides you with a one-stop-shop for answers to your day-to-day challenges one might experience in the field.

Maybe you are a new member and want to meet other people in your local section. We’ll have local section groups where you can connect with others.

Maybe you want to volunteer for an upcoming event but don’t know who to reach out to. We’ll have a group for that too.

We want to make your CWEA experience as interactive and resourceful as possible!
