Phil Miller, CWEA COO
Phil Miller is CWEA’s newly appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). Phil is a Bay Area native who has spent over a decade working in non-profit management and leadership, specializing in finance, accounting, human resources, facilities, risk management, and IT.
With a Master’s degree in education from Berkeley and an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College, Phil has demonstrated remarkable abilities in team-building and leadership. Additionally, he has a wide range of experience interfacing and engaging with Boards of Directors, as well as working in the environmental and energy sectors.
Phil is excited to join the CWEA team and is committed to supporting its staff and members towards achieving the organization’s strategic goals. His extensive experience and skillset will undoubtedly contribute significantly to CWEA’s continued success.
