Selma Kingsburg Fowler County Sanitation District:
The district preventive maintenance program requires staff to clean the entire collection system on a bi-annual basis, the district is responsible for sewer service laterals within the public right of way (Lower laterals).

The district also partners with each of the member cities paving projects the partnership is a close coordination effort so as to replace deficient sewer prior to a paving project. The 10-year capital improvement program which contains capital projects for the collection system. The district has been identifying and replacing deficient sewers since the implementation of the SSOWDR and CIP.
