His career spans over 34 years working in the water and wastewater industry, including 27 years at South San Francisco – San Bruno Water Quality Control Plant (SSF-SB WQCP). Manuel’s many contributions to the success and progression of the SSF-SB WQCP is unparalleled and beyond exceptional!
