Kelvin has been a committed employee for the last 26 years at PBCSD. He is a great person to work with. He has a great attitude, very smart and always willing to help people. His heart is always there and willing to give people the best advice he can. He is a wonderful family man and is often heard speaking highly them. He has been through so much, and he is still a positive person everyday, ready to work and give all his knowledge to all his coworkers.
