Jungjoon Park
Jung Park, better known as JP, is a dedicated, charismatic and loyal Laboratory Manager for the City of Redlands. JP started his career in Redlands in 2013 as a Lab Technician 1. Fast forward 10 years, JP is now a successful Laboratory Manager. Winning Supervisor of the Year in 2023, obtaining his Grade 4 Analyst Certificate and Master’s in Environmental Engineering. He focuses on the development of the laboratory and staff.
Purpose
The Laboratory committee recognizes significant participation in Wastewater Analysis, Education and Planning within a Wastewater Laboratory, along with 10 years of membership in CWEA. The nominee for this award must promote pride and safety in the workplace, teamwork, education and the promotion of professionalism in the wastewater laboratory field.
