Joey was born and raised in the Goleta area, and has been working for Goleta West Sanitary District for over 8 years as a Utility worker. He is a part of our collection systems operations crew and is reponsible for maintaining our sewer collection system as well as all equipment and facilities. Joey is also an inspector for construction, rehabilitation and repair projects and operates and maintains the District Fats, Oils and Grease program.
Purpose
Collection System Person of the Year recognizes an individual for their innovation and excellence in collection systems maintenance.
