In the review of the NEW proposed 3205 Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) changes for the adoption posted on Friday, June 11, 2021 the CWEA Safety Committee wanted to summarize the Key Modifications. If the board moves to adopt, we can anticipate the regulation will become effective by the end of June. Additionally, Governor Newsom did announce that the masking changes will go into effect 6/17 if the Cal/OSHA Board Adopts the proposed text.
