Reyna Heredia is CWEA’s new Certification and Membership Coordinator. She has developed experience in talent management, team building, and enhancing the customer experience—skills she now brings to her role in supporting CWEA’s members with their professional growth.
Reyna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Digital Media Studies from Saint Mary’s College of California. Her academic background, combined with hands-on leadership experience, has strengthened her ability to connect with others and support team development.
She is excited to join the CWEA team and looks forward to helping members advance their professional development in the industry.
