Mindy Boele (Individual)
Mindy has 30 years plus of combined experience in environmental laboratory testing (privately and publicly owned laboratories), operation and management within wastewater treatment facilities; generation and submittal of water quality reports related to regulatory compliance and reporting associated with various programs such as: laboratory, wastewater, water, pretreatment and stormwater.
Mindy is the Water Quality Manager for City of Vacaville, an active member of the management team, working closely with the Utilities Director, to develop goals, policies and priorities for our department. Mindy has established working relationships with all Utilities Supervisors and many Supervisors and managers in other City departments she interacts frequently, as well as residents and business owners she assists in meeting City Code.
She has been an active member of CWEA (State and local area sections). and other associations for a number of years, consistently volunteer and/or take leadership roles to serve the laboratory community within California.
Purpose
The CWEA Quarter Century Recognition Program recognizes water professionals for their commitment to improving the quality of life and the protection of the environment. CWEA Quarter Century Recognition Program honorees have dedicated their careers in a challenging and most vital profession, the water environment field. These essential professionals who have spent countless hours improving our water environment include: Operators; Collection System, Maintenance, Laboratory, and Environmental Compliance personnel; Engineers; and Administrators.
CWEA Quarter Century honorees will be presented with a certificate recognizing their achievement and a lapel pin they can proudly wear identifying them as members of this elite group of professionals.
