The San Elijo Joint Powers Authority’s (SEJPA) purpose is to provide safe and reliable recycled water and wastewater services to protect public health and the environment. Providing recycled water conserves the use of a limited and valuable resource and helps diversify and strengthen the region’s water supply. Wastewater services protect the environment and public health. Both wastewater treatment and recycled water production come with a high level of responsibility and commitment. The SEJPA Board of Directors and its employees embrace this responsibility and strive to provide exceptional service and value to the communities we serve.
