In his new role, Brian will have responsibility for management and oversight of an Engineering Services Department which includes ten staff members largely responsible for development and implementation of the District’s Capital Improvement Program. During his 19-year career in the wastewater industry, Brian worked as a consultant and has undertaken engineering leadership roles at Central Marin Sanitation Agency and Napa Sanitation District. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo and is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in California.
