Dear CWEA Member:

This is a fast-moving situation and we want to provide updates as they become available. All CWEA groups are suspending events and meetings for the next eight weeks. AC20 is postponed to Oct 27-30 in Reno.

We know CWEA members are essential employees who must report to work to maintain the wastewater system.

Here’s what we’re doing right now:

• We’ve gathered worker safety advisories on the CWEA news website
• We are working on webinars with coronavirus experts who can share the latest info
• We encourage you to reach out to your CWEA network and ask fellow wastewater professionals how they are handling this emergency. Visit the CWEA member directory to find contacts in your area. (log-in required)

The California shelter-in-place instruction has triggered the closure of the CWEA office. We are implementing contingency plans to ensure as many services as possible continue functioning. Contacting staff via email is the best way to reach us. Please click here to find contact info >

Staff can process credit cards, membership applications/renewals, certification applications, job board postings, and more, that are received electronically. We do not currently have access to Post Office, FedEx, or any other delivered mail.
