Congratulations to CWEA member Chris Morris, CSM4, on his new role as Public Works Superintendent for the City of Hercules. Morris brings nearly 20 years of public works and wastewater collection experience, most recently serving as Wastewater Collection Supervisor for the City of American Canyon. In 2025, his team was recognized as the Redwood Empire Section First Place Small Collection System of the Year for their commitment to safety, training, system management, and environmental compliance.
