COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards Updates

As of June 17, 2021 Gavin Newsom signed the Executive Order N-09-21, which allows the Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) to take effect. This was immediately following the Cal/OSHA Standards Board meeting, which had voted to pass the revised language from June 11, 2021 that same day.
