Tom Zanutto

Tom has worked in the Collection Systems Division of the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department since May of 1993 and has contributed to over 30 years of Departmental Training for Safety, Construction, Line Maintenance, Customer Service, Outside Contract Inspections, CCTV, USA and Storm System Maintenance. He has earned his CWEA Grade 3 Certification in Collection Systems and is a graduate of the Sacramento State Water Program Operation & Maintenance of Wastewater Collection Systems Program.
