The City of Oceanside continues to build an empowerment team, one that can and does inhouse work. As we continue to build employees from within we take on more responsibility, like welding. This employee took on the challenge and the results paid off.
Photo Number 2 was taken onsite at San Luis Rey Water Recalcination Facility, it shows our nighttime operators taking a break just hanging around, waiting for snacks.
Purpose
Each year the CWEA Annual Conference Photography Committee holds a photo contest that aligns with the conference theme. CASH PRIZES!
