Roy Reynolds

Roy Reynolds has 30 years of experience in the wastewater field, covering both Collection Systems and Plant Maintenance. The last 19 years he has been a Maintenance Supervisor at Orange County Sanitation District in Southern California. He served in the U.S. Navy, assigned to the Seabees stationed in San Diego before the Battalion moved to Port Hueneme California. He has been a CEWA Member since 1992 and active in the CWEA sitting on many of the Local and State committees related to Collections, Maintenance, and Certification. He holds a Mechanical Technologist Grade 4 certification and currently serving the CWEA as the SARBS TCP Committee Chair.
