Sergio Ramirez, General Manager of the West Bay Sanitary District. I’ve worked with Robert for the past 14 years, prior to to this I knew Robert as the Pump Lead at the City of San Mateo. Robert has always been a positive person and has been a great example to less experienced maintenance workers. He is a natural leader, teachers, and mentor. He supports CWEA and volunteers passionately.
