The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) provides wastewater collection, treatment, and recycling services for 2.6 million people in central and northwest Orange County. Every day, OC San receives approximately 185 million gallons of wastewater from our 479-square mile service area comprised of 20 cities, 4 special districts, and the unincorporated part of the County of Orange.
Purpose
