Mike Mensing started work with the City of Oceanside in 2019. Before Mike joined the City Mike worked in the fabrication field for 15 years. Mike continues to be resource demonstrating organization, leadership, and cool under pressure attitude. Mike continues to bolster the City by thinking outside the box creating a more effective efficient workforce.
Purpose
The Gimmicks & Gadgets award recognizes innovation and creativity in developing solutions to performing routine tasks or functions in maintenance, operations or construction of wastewater collection systems.
