Loren Roberts

With a professional career spanning over 13 years, Loren Roberts joined the Southern Section Collection Systems Committee in 2020 and has held the Committee Chair position since then. In her role as a VP of Sales & Marketing at Downstream Services, Inc., Loren has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative stormwater and wastewater solutions for clients throughout California. Loren is responsible for managing all aspects of Sales and Marketing for Downstream Services Inc., She trains, mentors, motivates and builds relationships with clients and customers.

Loren’s commitment to public service is reflected in numerous projects that protect water resources and her active participation in the Committee. Her focus is to further the fundamental training and knowledge concerning collection systems.

Loren looks forward to continuing to align her responsibilities and contributions with the broader objectives of CWEA, ensuring her work supports education, certification, and professional recognition within the water and wastewater industry.
