Sergio Ramirez, General Manager with West Bay Sanitary District. I’ve worked with Heath for 14 years. Heath is a natural leader, he commands respect from his subordinates. He has supported the CWEA certification and has helped many less experienced worker to become better and become certified. Approximately 15 employees at the District have learned from Heath and have advance in there career. Heath has moved up the Collection System Committee through all of the committee position and is now the Chair; leading the coordination of CWEA local seminars.
