Edward Makowski

Edward (Ed) Makowski is the Collections System Supervisor at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency, bringing over 8 years of dedicated service to the Agency and a total of 12 years in public service. He holds a CWEA Grade IV Collections System Maintenance Certification and a SWRCB Grade III Wastewater Operator Certification, along with Grade II certifications in Distribution and Treatment. Ed has also earned an associate’s degree in public works management, is an Eagle Scout and he currently serves as the incoming chair for the CWEA State Collections Committee.
