BOOTH SIZE AND STANDARD EQUIPMENT INCLUDED
Booth size is 10 x 10, with 8 foot backwalls, and 3
foot side dividers, draped. Each booth includes a sign
with your company name and booth number; one 6 foot
draped table; two chairs; and a wastebasket. Aisles
and individual booths are carpeted. Each booth is furnished
with a 500-watt outlet.
Security is provided, however please be advised that
CWEA assumes no responsibility for personal property,
nor can it assume responsibility for the effectiveness
or performance of the security personnel.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT/SERVICES INFORMATION
Additional electrical services are available through
the decorating company, as are other Exhibitor Services
such as: additional furnishing, booth cleaning, drayage,
sign painting and labor to assist with pre-fabricated
displays. Following receipt of your application and
contract, you will receive a letter of confirmation
from the CWEA office. A package of material will then
be mailed to you by Dave Best of Western Event Service.
