One of the unique features of the 2026 Northern Safety Day is the opportunity for select exhibitors to provide interactive hands-on demonstrations throughout the morning.

Workshop participants rotate through scheduled sessions, providing exhibitors with dedicated time to share skills-related demonstrations. These are intended to be short (25 minute), interactive educational experiences—not sales presentations—that give attendees the opportunity to see, touch, practice, or interact with equipment, tools, technology, or safety procedures.

Reserved demonstration spaces are available for exhibitors wishing to participate. Many of these slots have been reserved, but if you are interested, please reach out to [email protected] for more information.

The exhibit area is located in and around an outdoor pavilion with limited electrical service.

If your booth requires electricity:

  • Bring your own extension cord.
  • Contact [email protected] as early as possible so we can assign your booth near an available outlet or arrange for power distribution.

Electrical requests must be submitted by October 5, 2026.

Please note: Shipping to the Yolo County Fairgrounds is not available.

All exhibitor materials must be delivered and transported by your company on the day of the event.

Help us make the day even more memorable!

For $50, you may contribute to the Northern Safety Day Door Prize Fund.

Participating companies will:

  • Be recognized during the afternoon door prize drawings.
  • Be acknowledged on a special “Thank You” sign displayed during the event.
