The Collection System of the Year award is given in recognition of outstanding maintenance programs, regulatory compliance and safety & training procedures.

Instructions

This is PART 1 of the Collection System Maintenance Application. If you are selected by your local section as the winner, you will receive a notification and deadline from CWEA to access and complete PART 2 of the application.

NOMINEE CRITERIA


  • Nominator must be a CWEA member (CWEA membership numbers are no longer in use, CWEA will check status of membership) 

Instructions:



  1. Fill in the fields online. If you need to pause, you can save the form and come back to it later.

  2. When completed and ready to submit, be sure to click "Save and Finalize" at the end of the application proceess. If you do not select "Save and Finalize," the application will not be reviewed.
