Annual Golf Tournament
Friday June 21, 2013
Register at noon – Shotgun Start at 1:00 pm
Windsor Golf Club 1320 19th Hole Dr, Windsor, Ca 95492

Competition will be in the format of a four man scramble. Teams will be formed by the
Tournament Organizer unless you sign up as a foursome. Reservations MUST be pre-paid using
the entry form below. The early bird entry fee is $85 per person before May 20. After that it
will be $95. All entries include green fee, range balls, a shared cart, prizes and dinner. Payment
must be received no later than June 14, 2013.

Prizes will be awarded at the dinner after the tournament.

Come join the Redwood Empire Section as we tour the Ukiah Wastewater Treatment Plant!

The May Tour / Dinner meeting for the Redwood Empire Section CWEA will be in Ukiah on Friday, May 17th.  The event will include a tour of the Ukiah Wastewater Treatment Plant and dinner at the Ukiah Garden Cafe.  Following dinner, there will be a presentation given by Dave Coleman of GHD on the Nitrogen Engineering Study presently being conducted on the WWTP.  See the attached flyer for more information.
