Issuing Contact Hours
Once Contact Hours are approved, training organizations determine the best way to issue certificates of completion. Once Contact Hours have been approved by the Technical Certification Program (TCP) its up to the training organization to determine the best way to issue certificates of completion. TCP does not issue Contact Hours, it just approves them to meet the recertification requirements for its certificate holders.

Certificate of Completion and Cover Letter Templates
Keep track of training event attendees on an easy-to-manage Excel spreadsheet and print to a cover letter and certificate of completion template.

Certificate and Cover Letters
Use the Attendee List spreadsheet to keep track of people who attend your training. The spreadsheet is linked to the Certificate of Completion and cover letters so you can easily create custom certificates and covers for each attendee. Click here for instructions.
