Executive Committee Information

The Executive Committee is responsible for/to:

  • Act in place of the board on emergency matters except when reserved for the board - and making reports to the board on all actions taken
  • Provide a meeting agenda and assignments for board committee reports
  • Personnel issues related to CWEA employees, including
    • selection and review of an Executive Director
    • recommendations to the board on employee compensation, salary, and benefits
  • Develop a slate of candidate for open officer and director positions on the board

The Executive Committee membership is made-up of the:

  • President
  • Chairs of the other 3 Board Committees
    • President-Elect, Chair of PPD
    • Treasurer, Chair of OPS
    • Senior WEF Director, Chair of MER
  • Past President
  • Vice President (an ex-officio member)
