Application for Certification

Candidates wishing to certify for the first time or are upgrading a current certificate should select the standard CWEA application. If you are with another member state association, select the application applicable to your state. To be eligible to use the Re-Test application form candidates must schedule the new test within the same year as the original test.Candidates applying to retest are automatically approved for testing.
