The
Collaborative Benchmarking Group is six
California public wastewater utilities with
responsibilities for the operation and maintenance of
wastewater collection systems. These agencies have
compared and improved their performance through the use
of metrics, process benchmarking and the development of
best practices for various elements of the maintenance,
operation and management of the wastewater collection
system. CWEA
publishes and distributes benchmarking guiders developed
by the CSCBG.
