Increasing Trust, Support, and Investment.
The utility branding manual is designed to help
wastewater utilities improve how they communicate
about the value they provide. Wastewater utilities
are faced with a series of challenges that will
require more investment from their communities
especially during challenging economic times. This
has put pressure on utilities to improve their
ability to communicate about the roles, services,
and value they provide. The branding manual
provides solutions that are based on principles of
marketing and branding. Applying these principles
will help wastewater utilities be extremely clear
about the value they offer to their communities.
It addresses how to build a strong brand, which
will increase trust, support, and investment. The
practical advice given in the branding manual is
