The Board of Directors and Committee Chairs met on December 11, 2008. Minutes from the October 29 meeting were reviewed and approved as amended. Work included preliminary planning of the March Workshop, approving reservation funding for the Past Presidents Picnic campsite, approval of the location for the Golf Tournmant, finalization of planning for the Awards Banquet and reviews of the TCP training and Turkey of the Year Banquet. Discussion included policy development for speakers fees and lodging. The next meeting will be held january 7th, 2009 at the Golden China Restaurant. Board members only will convene at 9:30 am follwed by Committee Chairs joining the Board at 11;30 am. This meeting is dedicated to planning the calendar and events for the upcoming year.
