Mission Statement
To enhance the education and effectiveness of California's Wastewater Professionals through training, certification, dissemination of technical information and promotion of sound policies to benefit society through protection and enhancement of the water environment.

Service Area
The Tri-Counties Section serves San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.  All wastewater/water professionals are invited to attend its training workshops and other events throughout the year.  Members of CWEA may join the Section by adding or designating the Tri-Counties Section as their local section when renewing their CWEA membership.  Local section membership entitles the member to a subscription of our newsletter, the Gravity Flowline.  Non-members may also subscribe to the newsletter by contacting Teresa Kistner, Flowline Editor, at 805 967-4519, or emailing to  tkistner@goletasanitary.org
